This 60-minute live session with John Wilson of Owned and Operated and Tyson Chen of Avoca focused on turning inbound leads into booked jobs faster. They walked through the playbooks for shrinking response time, increasing booking rates, and keeping techs fully scheduled even during slow weeks.
Website conversion expert Sam Thompson led a live teardown of three finalist sites from the Fix My Website Giveaway. The session broke down exactly what to fix so websites drive more calls and booked jobs.
